AI-native business design & implementation
I help you make your business AI-native.
Together, we redesign how work moves through your business and build the agents, workflows, internal systems, and digital tools that reduce manual coordination and give your small team greater operating capacity.
One person can now build what once required a whole team of humans. But access to AI alone is not enough. The business itself needs to be designed differently.
01
The opportunity
Every business is getting access to the same AI tools — including your competitors. The advantage won't come from access. It comes from deciding where AI creates real leverage in your business, structuring your company's knowledge, and redesigning the workflows that matter.
The objective is not more technology. It is a business that is clearer, more connected, and less dependent on you coordinating everything personally.
02
Who I work with
You have a defined offer, a clear customer, and real operations that need to work better. This might be for you if:
This is not a business-idea, branding, or monetisation service. You bring the direction; I redesign and build how your business operates.
03
The engagement
A focused, hands-on engagement to redesign and implement how your business operates.
We start with a defined problem in your business, not a predetermined technology. I look at how the work actually happens today, find the highest-value bottlenecks, and design a better way for information, decisions, people, and AI to work together.
The system that comes out is specific to your business — AI agents, connected company knowledge, automations, integrations, internal tools, or a lightweight custom application. The scope is agreed before the build begins: a small number of important problems, solved well.
Understand your business and map where time, information, and decisions get lost.
Define the improved workflow and the role AI should play — with human checks where they matter.
Implement the agents, automations, integrations, and internal tools.
Test with real work, refine, document — until your team actually uses it.
Every component must earn its place. Where your existing tools are sufficient, I use them.
04
Investment
The starting scope covers one clearly defined operational problem or workflow — including diagnosis, design, implementation, testing, documentation, and handover.
Larger projects are scoped separately. After an initial conversation, you receive a clear fixed proposal before any work begins.
05
What should change
Depending on what we build, you should notice:
The goal is not full automation. It is a better-designed business in which you, your team, and AI each handle the work you're best suited to do.
06
What AI-native means
An AI-native business is not a traditional business with a collection of AI subscriptions. It is designed so information can be used across the business, recurring work moves through intelligent workflows, and AI supports research, drafting, analysis, and coordination where it genuinely helps.
Your judgement, relationships, creativity, and final decisions stay where they belong — with you. The system exists to increase your capability, not to create noise or dependence on technology.
07
How I work
We begin with a real constraint in your business — not with a tool looking for a use case.
A weak process doesn't get automated; it gets understood and improved first.
The system reflects your customers, your language, your way of working.
Important decisions keep clear ownership, review points, and accountability.
A system nobody uses has no value. Simplicity, documentation, and adoption are part of the build.
You work directly with me throughout. No account managers, no generic package.
Partnerships
Occasionally, a founder asks whether I would build alongside them rather than only for them. If your business happens to match my own interests, I'm open to that conversation — it simply starts with you asking. Mention it in your message.

About
I am a founder and builder based in Switzerland.
I believe the modern way to run a business is lean: thanks to AI, a small team — or even one person — can operate with a capability that once required an entire organisation. My work sits between business design, operations, systems thinking, and hands-on implementation.
I believe the most valuable businesses of the future will not necessarily sell AI. They will use it to create better products, services, and ways of operating.
I am also the founder of Fritzi, a social app about helping people move from online intention to real-life connection.

Tell me what you are trying to make possible, where the work currently gets stuck, and what you have already tried.
I will tell you honestly whether an AI-native build is the right next step and where I believe the greatest opportunity lies.
