Entrepreneurship has fundamentally changed. I'm Yuno — a founder and a builder. I help founders build AI-native businesses: companies designed from the beginning for the way building works today.

The Shift
Building has changed. Quietly, and completely.
A business used to require a team before it could exist. Someone for design, someone for code, someone for operations — someone for everything in between. That was the price of building.
That price has collapsed. Not because AI replaces people — because it multiplies what one capable founder can carry. Work that once filled a team's week now fits inside a founder's morning.
An AI-native business is designed from the beginning with AI as part of how it operates — not added later as another tool. That difference sounds small. It changes everything about what one person can build.

Hi, I'm Yuno.
I'm a founder based near Zürich. I built Fritzi, a social app for real-life connection — and along the way I built my own AI-native operating system to run everything behind it. Building my own businesses changed how I think about entrepreneurship more than anything I ever read or studied.
What I learned is simple: one capable founder can now build what once required an entire team. Not in theory — I live it every day, in my own businesses and in the ones I build with founders.
I try to build the way I try to live: with intention, and with gratitude for the real moments. Technology, for me, has one job — to give people more room for exactly those.
